SAGERA Estates Limited is a company which is associated with the growing and manufacture of sisal fibre and sisal yarn. The company owns vast estateas in Tanzania growing sisal and intercropping with cash crops. Properties owned by the company are as follows:-

KWARAGURU ESTATE
KWAMDULU ESTATE
LUGONGO ESTATE
AMBONI ESTATE
USAMBARA SPINNING MILL

All these estates and our mill are located in the vicinity of Tanga, a major Port in Tanzania and mainly used for the export of Sisal Fibre and Yarn. The Company has an annual planned production of over 5,000 Metric Tons of Fibre and 2,400 Tons of Yarn
